Guanacaste cottage 1 is located in a separate areas with four bedrooms each with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 or a full bed with sofa bed available for a group of 12 or less sharing one building area with a bathroom and a family style kitchen. The layout of the bunk beds is full size on the bottom bed and single size on the top that could be rented for double or triple occupancy. The bedrooms are connected to a full bath. Next to the room is a shared kitchen fully equipped and and a lounge and worstation to work remotely.

The Cottages are surrounded by palm trees and fruit trees and next to a luscious forest. Trails are available inside the property as well as in the vicinity of the Retreat.

The entire property with all units could be rented for your next retreat or reunion.

The gated property is a fenced, secure, peaceful 5 acres with over 100 mature mango trees, palm trees and surrounded by forest.  There is a large covered dining area, full kids' playground, fruit tree grove, covered basketball hoop, grassy areas, meditation/yoga areas and a trail in the small forest on the property.  There is also a full sized kitchen located in the lounge building with an ample area for reading.

Cañafistula is a town about 8 miles/13 kms South East of Tamarindo and 15miles/24 kms west of Santa Cruz. It is a quiet town with hills with a restaurant, mini-market and pool. Veintisiete de Abril and Villarreal are the nearest towns, about 4-5 miles away, with bigger supermarkets and more businesses.  Playa Avellanas and Tamarindo beaches are about 15 minutes by car.
